By creating a user profile, this allows you to save your clientele list and respective database for your apps.
We have access to your user profile however your personal details are encrypted using a 128 SSL encryption method. Your personal information will NOT be shared or sold to any third party organization. WE HATE SPAM!
2: Saving your client records.

This allows you to save your clients records and past results allowing you to easily track and monitor your clients results over a period of time.

Your clients details are fully encrypted on our 128 SSL encrypted server and we do not have access to these details.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

You have 7 full calendar days to request a refund or return on an item from the date you received it.

 

In accordance to California law

In addition to retailers being required to accept the return of defective items, federal law provides a "Cooling-Off Rule " giving buyers three days to cancel purchases of $25 or more. Under this rule, the right to cancel for a full refund extends until midnight of the third business day after the sale

 

Retailers are required to clearly post their refund policy unless they offer a full cash refund, exchange, or store credit within seven days of the purchase date. Retailers failing this requirement are required to accept full refunds within 30 days of purchase.
 

Refunds

 

If your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

If you are returning hardware, your item is required to be undamaged. You must return your hardware and provide tracking before you can redeem a refund.

 

Shipping

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
